• Order Processing: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. We aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any significant delays promptly.
• Refunds & Returns: Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt for defective products or those significantly not as described. All returns must be authorized by Global World Printers customer service and accompanied by original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of product defect. All repaired or replaced products carry the remainder of the original warranty or a new 30-day warranty, whichever is longer.
